I'm in my 40's & after several babies & too much chocolate I thought my waist was lost forever. I started exercising & lost over 50 lbs but still did not get my waistline back. I came across the Matthews Method doing a search online & thought I'd give it a try. To my surprise my waistline started to go in & my stomach got flatter & I've only been doing them for a month. Finally something that works for me! I highly recommend them. It is important that you do them correctly, holding the stomach in & back flat on the floor & that you do them daily.

Been doing crunches for years! Been doing the Matthews Method for about 2 weeks - so far, it's been great. Will give it some more time but it is a nice change that keeps me motivated!
