We made some wonderful Mexican green chili, but it is a little too hot. Is there any way to cool it down. The recipe we used has a lot of tomatos, chili, and pork in it.

I made home-made veggie soup and I put in chilli peppers by mistake .It's too hot what can I put in it to make it less spicy-hot.HELP!!!!
